Find the products that need work

Products brings your connected Shopify catalog into Skuze. Search titles, handles, vendors and product types. Combine tag and status filters, inspect the current or deleted views and choose how many rows to display.

Select the items you want to work on. The header checkbox selects the visible page, not every matching product in the entire catalog.

Inspect the product before changing it

The product editor includes core information, description HTML, product SEO, tags and existing option names and values. It also exposes supported variant fields such as price, compare-at price, SKU, inventory policy, tracking and tax settings.

Per-location inventory editing requires the appropriate Shopify permission. The current editor loads a bounded set of variants and locations; it is not an unlimited variant-creation tool.

The image panel shows the first eight product images and lets you edit their alt text. Open Shopify for further media management. Changing alt text does not edit the image pixels.

Choose where the save goes

  • Save local copy only updates the copy in Skuze.
  • Save changes synchronizes the supported fields with Shopify.
  • Save + publish to all channels adds the supported publishing action.

Read the selected action before saving. Shopify writes can involve several operations. If one fails, inspect the current remote result rather than assuming every change was reversed.

Understand bulk actions

Local DRAFT or ACTIVE changes affect the Skuze copy. Push current local fields to Shopify writes the supported existing fields. Activate + publish changes Shopify status and publishes to the sales channels available to Skuze.

For retained deleted products, Restore to Shopify creates a new Shopify product from the data Skuze kept. It does not recover the original Shopify ID or details that were never stored.

Move repeat work into Automations

Use separate steps for copy, options, SEO, images, alt text, supported collection/tag assignment and existing product metafields. Test a small task before applying a real run across more eligible products.

Shopify remains the catalog source. Use Skuze's Dashboard to follow recorded workflow activity, attention items and Credits.
